Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund or wish to exchange an item, the product must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that it was received in and undamaged in any way. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer when exchanging items.

After the item has been received, our team will inspect it and process the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to become visible in all payment systems.

If an item is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@alittlespirit.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If a return is initiated after 30 calendar days have passed from the order date, the item(s) in question will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are only provided for products that were purchased via any means other than Creative Kids voucher. Creative Kids vouchers are non refundable and non transferrable.
